Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location-Type: Onsite, 4 days onsite in Pennsauken, NJ (off every Friday- 4 day work week) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Perm Compensation Range: $80,000 – $95,000/year, with 5% performance-based bonus Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .

Job Description: The client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own ERP implementation, business systems, integrations, and long-term system optimization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal point person for the Acumatica ERP implementation
  • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to track open items and implementation decisions
  • Own and troubleshoot business systems, integrations, workflows, and data connections
  • Support ERP connections with EDI, TMS, CRM, warehouse tools, shipping/labeling, and reporting platforms
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison with third-party IT and support partners
  • Improve inefficient processes as the business scales
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, warehouse, leadership, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • Strong ERP experience with Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central, Great Plains, or similar systems
    • Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation
    • Ability to understand how systems connect across the business
    • Business systems analyst mindset with project management capability
    • Comfortable operating as a generalist in a small to mid-sized environment
    • Strong learning agility and ability to master new systems quickly
    • High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
    • Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
    • Stable background with limited short-term project hopping
