Job description

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two directors on the Creators and Social Team.

This role is central to the operational success of the Creators and Social organizationโ€”a team dedicated to building and scaling relationships with content creators, influencers, and creative partners who shape the future of how customers discover and engage with products and content.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment in managing competing priorities. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, acting as a force multiplier by anticipating needs, streamlining operations, embrace/inventAI workflows, managing External partnership dynamics and enabling leaders to focus on their highest-impact work. This is not a traditional administrative roleโ€”it requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

In this role, you will manage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings and events, handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, and drive operational excellence across the team. You will be the connective tissue between the Creators leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through. The right candidate brings a passion for problem-solving, a bias for action, and a genuine desire to make the people around them more effective.

This is an opportunity to be part of a creative, innovative, and high-visibility team where your contributions directly impact the team's ability to deliver results at scale.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
