Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities for residents.
  • Encourage resident participation and engagement in scheduled programs.
  • Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events.
  • Escort residents to and from activities as needed.
  • Support holiday celebrations, special events, and community outings.
  • Maintain activity supplies and equipment.
  • Document resident attendance and participation.
