The Mariemont Care Center – Cincinnati, OH

The Mariemont Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable STNA Activity Aide to join our team! In this role, you will help create meaningful experiences for our residents by supporting daily activities, building relationships, and promoting a positive quality of life.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, is energetic, creative, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and leading resident activities, programs, and events

  • Encourage resident participation and engagement

  • Provide support and companionship to residents

  • Assist residents during activities as needed

  • Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment

  • Work closely with nursing and activity teams to meet resident needs

  • Maintain accurate activity documentation as required

Qualifications:
