Activities Assistant

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents, promoting their overall wellness and social connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities and programs for residents, including but not limited to:

    • Coordinating events and outings

    • Developing and leading activities such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social gatherings

    • Creating and managing activity calendars and schedules

    • Collaborating with staff and volunteers to ensure activities meet the needs and interests of all residents

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful environment

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, attendance, and resident participation

  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives

Requirements:
