Location: Fernley, NV
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, mature, and proactive Office Manager to join a growing construction-related company in Fernley, Nevada. This individual will report directly to ownership and play a key role in supporting daily office operations, accounting functions, and administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is a grounded professional who takes initiative, stays ahead of tasks, maintains confidentiality, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems professionally
