Job description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing materials and products for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick sheets, scanners, or warehouse systems

  • Move materials and finished products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently

  • Stage materials for shipping, production, or distribution

  • Verify product counts, labels, and order accuracy

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

  • Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet daily goals

  • Report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when certified

Qualifications
