Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Network Administrator III to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.

Location: Orlando, FL

Position Overview:

The Network Administrator III provides advanced technical leadership, troubleshooting, and engineering support across enterprise network environments. This role acts as the highest escalation tier for complex network issues, supports modernization and migration efforts, and ensures resiliency, compliance, and performance of missioncritical systems.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents and performance issues.
  • Support the design, implementation, and optimization of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced routing, switching, firewall, and access control problems across multisite environment
  • Conduct rootcause analysis for major incidents and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities, boundary protection updates, and compliance actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a minimum of a Security+ (IAT II) certification (or an approved IAT II equivalent).
  • Must possess an active Secret (or higher) security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on network engineer experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and design.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
  • Deep familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise network equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with high-availability designs and disaster recovery solutions
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in ISE and STIGs
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN) fundamentals or experience with Cisco ACI
