Manager Central Link Services

Position Summary / Career Interest:
The Manager of Central Link Services is responsible for leading the strategic growth and engagement, operational performance, and value realization of the Central Link Services affiliate network. This role serves as the primary liaison between the health system, affiliates, and supply chain stakeholders to drive supply chain optimization, cost savings, standardization, clinical integration, contract compliance, and value-based purchasing initiatives.
The manager works collaboratively with affiliate executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, procurement teams, sourcing leaders, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to identify opportunities that improve quality, reduce total cost of care, and enhance operational effectiveness across the network.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for the development, growth and execution of affiliate network and its strategies that expand market presence and spend management value.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, strategic partnerships, and enhanced member benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate organizations to support network growth, alignment, and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate spend management initiatives, performance reviews, and program participation.
  • Lead regular business reviews with affiliate executives and operational leaders.
  • Establishes member fees for current and prospective members and manages network revenue and expenses.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new affiliate organizations into the network.
  • Drive realization of spend management savings opportunities across affiliate members through contract optimization, standardization, and utilization management.
  • Promote implementation of best practices related to clinical integration, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • 6 or more years of experience in healthcare supply chain, healthcare operations, affiliate/member management, or strategic sourcing experience.
  • 6 or more years of experience working within an integrated delivery network (IDN), health system, GPO, healthcare consulting firm, or healthcare service organization.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • 6 or more years of demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable financial outcomes.

Knowledge Requirements
  • Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, contracting, and value analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare affiliate networks, provider organizations, and value-based care principles.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into action.
  • Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, spend analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
