Who We're Looking For:
The Coordinator of Membership & Corporate Engagement supports relationship management with ACORE's corporate members, sponsors, and partners. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality membership experience, maintaining accurate data in ACORE's HubSpot CRM, and supporting cross-functional teams with corporate engagement needs. The position plays a key role in translating member interests into organizational value and contributing to revenue retention and growth targets.
What You'll Do
Member Services & Corporate Engagement
  • Provide member services support for corporate members and sponsors, assisting with inquiries, pitch development, invoicing, and maintaining accurate account information to ensure a high-quality membership experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for ACORE's Executive Council members, ensuring delivery of member benefits with a high level of customer service.
  • Serve as a resource to the policy, communications, and events teams to enable documentation of member interests, feedback, and priorities in shared systems, ensuring information remains current and useful.
  • Support logistics and data needs for corporate participation in ACORE events, including invitation lists and RSVPs.

CRM & Data Management
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in ACORE's HubSpot CRM, keeping member, sponsor, and partner records current and complete.
  • Oversee invoicing and renewal workflows to ensure timely payment of invoices, including follow up and coordination with accounting.
  • Support data governance efforts by following established standards and workflows, flagging data quality issues, and assisting with routine data cleanup and maintenance.
  • Support member management processes and engagement reporting in HubSpot to help identify revenue-generating opportunities and qualified partnership leads.
  • Contribute to annual revenue, retention, and growth targets by supporting the alignment of corporate engagement, membership, and sponsorship strategies with the organization's broader development and impact objectives.

Organizational Support
  • Share responsibility with other coordinator-level team members for greeting occasional visitors, managing front desk operations, and mail distribution during office hours.
  • Provide on-site support before, during, and after ACORE events which may include a variety of duties from registration, logistics and other duties.
