Job description

Are you an experienced Manual Screw Machine Machinist who takes pride in building a part from print to completion? We're looking for a skilled machinist with experience setting up and operating Brown & Sharpe or Davenport multi-spindle screw machines. Experience with ServoCAM or similar CAM-controlled systems is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

  • Complete machine setups from blueprints
  • Set up and operate Brown & Sharpe or Davenport screw machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Sharpen and maintain your own tooling
  • Program or adjust ServoCAM or similar CAM-controlled systems as needed
  • Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
