What is an accurate courier?

Accurate Couriers are professionals or companies that specialize in the timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, medical specimens, and other items. They often provide same-day or rush delivery services and may handle sensitive or confidential materials that require careful handling. Accurate Couriers ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and reliably, often using tracking systems for real-time updates. These services are commonly used by businesses, medical facilities, law firms, and individuals who need dependable transportation of important items.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Courier Dispatcher to join our healthcare logistics team. This role is essential in coordinating the safe and timely delivery of medical specimens, supplies, and documentation across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

What You’ll Be Doing (And loving):
As a Dispatcher, your day will fly by as you:

  • Review orders as they come in and assign them to the appropriate driver.
  • Help ensure that our routes and on demand drivers stay on time with their pickups and deliveries.
  • Escalate out of ordinary items to the Operations Manager for the market area.
  • Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.

What Makes You Shine (a.k.a. Responsibilities):

  • Be the calming voice for our drivers.
  • Be able to quickly assess the needs of the market and assign, or rearrange assignments, based on the orders.
  • Share ideas about improving our processes and our customer experience.
  • Be willing to pitch in on weekend rotations. We are a 365/24/7 company and take turns making sure we are covered.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School diploma or GED? Check!
  • At least 1 year of Dispatch experience? Even better!
  • Skills that make you a star:
    • Integrity and a commitment to top-notch service.
    • Quick thinking to assess situations and take action.
    • Crystal-clear communication, both spoken and written.
    • A knack for solving problems over the phone.
    • Flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Competitive pay at $20.00/hour.
  • Work at our Cincinnati location (sorry, this one’s not remote).
  • Be part of a drug-free, felony-free work environment.
  • We prioritize safety—because we care about you as much as we care about our customers!

Ready to join a team that values your passion, skills, and positivity? Apply today and be part of a mission that truly matters!
