Mission

Your responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple legal entities for employees located in Canada, US, and Europe.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations and stay updated on payroll regulations and practices.
Manage payroll data and system updates for payroll changes including records, leave of absences, timesheets, gross earnings, and deductions adjustments.
Compliance with internal payroll processes and controls.
Providing employees with prompt support with incoming payroll-related questions.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
Month-end reporting duties includes payroll remittances and journal entries.
Create payroll reports and summaries.
Implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments internally for payroll-related cases.
Collaborate with external offices such as Service Canada, Statistics Canada, and payroll vendors.
Assist with internal and external payroll audits.
Assist in all aspects of year-end production to completion with all its requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information in alignment with privacy legislation and internal controls.

Your profile

Your profile :
5-7 years of payroll processing experience, including Canada, US and European payrolls.
Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices.
Proficiency in payroll software (Ceridian Dayforce) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Client-centric approach with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong attention to payroll and year-end deadlines and excellent time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication in French and English
Adaptability to changing regulations and fast-paced environments.
CPP or similar certification is a plus.
