Accounts Payable Intern
Western States Fire Protection is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to join its accounts payable team at the Corporate headquarters in Centennial, CO. *This is not a remote position.*
The salary range for this position is $15.50 - $19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities
o Utilize workflow to review incoming Accounts Payable invoices.
o Review various data fields for accuracy and adjust where required.
o Assign invoices to the appropriate branch queue.
o Assist with vendor statement reconciliation.
o Perform data entry, review, and posting of AP invoices in accounting system.
o Work together with the Corporate AP Team to ensure timely processing of invoices.
o Assist with other AP processes and projects as needed.
Job Qualifications
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to learn the WSFP Accounts Payable processes.
• Sufficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Type with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Time Management.
• Willing to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
