Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per Year based on experience

NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS:
$250 AFTER 90 DAYS
$250 AFTER 6 MONTHS

Full-Time Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

May require occasional extended hours during payroll processing, audits, or financial reporting periods.

Responsibilities Include:


Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor general ledger activity and ensure proper account coding.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and company procedures.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assist with audit processes as needed.

Billing & Accounts Receivable

  • Generate and submit claims and invoices accurately and timely.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Maintain billing records and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with management regarding collections and payment issues.
  • Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and related financial summaries.

Payroll Administration

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll records including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and related reports.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate payroll-related reporting for management and external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 35 years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms.
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Valid Driver's License.
