Job description

About the RoleThe Grand Rapids Rise is seeking a motivated Ticket Sales Representative to drive revenue through season tickets, group sales, and single-game ticket packages. This role is ideal for a competitive, relationship-focused salesperson who wants to grow their career in professional sports.
Reponsibilities
  • Generate new ticket sales revenue through outbound calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking
  • Sell season ticket memberships, group outings, ticket packages, and premium seating
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
  • Represent the Rise at community events, games and promotional appearances
  • Accurately track sales activity, prospect notes, and customer information in Salesforce

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional sales experience
  • 1+ year of ticket sales experience; sports industry experience preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekend and all home games
  • Passion for women's sports and live entertainment
  • Experience using Paciolan or Ticketmaster ticketing software preferred
