About North American Management

The accountant position at North American Management, LLC (“NAM”) is to serve as a contracted out outsourced accounting coordinator to NAM’s customers. NAM will negotiate a monthly fee, charged to its customers, for the accountant to perform the duties and responsibilities as outlined below.

The accountant will report to Controller at NAM and will also be responsible for reporting to management of NAM’s various customers.

About the Position

North American Management is seeking an accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career accounting professional who is eager to learn and wants exposure to multiple facets of accounting.

The accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase order administration, cash application, vendor communication, and inbox management. This individual will play an essential role in keeping financial processes organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.

This is a hands-on role with structured responsibilities, strong team support, and meaningful learning opportunities. The accountant will work closely with the Assistant Controller and Controller.
