About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Department. You will work closely with senior accounting staff and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including recording, reviewing, and reconciling transactions
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
  • Reconcile assigned monthly balance sheet accounts
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and related schedules
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account verification
  • Perform variance analyses and investigate discrepancies
  • Support audit activities, including gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
  • Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience in corporate and/or public accounting environments
  • Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $60,600 - $75,800 annually
