What You'll Do
As a Senior Auditor/Supervisor, you'll play a key role on audit engagements for non-profit, municipalities, school districts or commercial clients. You'll have the opportunity to mentor staff, work directly with clients, and help shape project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading audit engagements andreviewing staff work to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards
  • Reviewing technical steps andcollaborating with Managers/Partners on complex issues
  • Preparing financial statements,notes, schedules, and management letters
  • Reporting audit findings andworking through issues that impact audit strategy
  • Evaluating internal controls andhelping prepare audit programs and time budgets
  • Developing strong clientrelationships and maintaining awareness of client business needs

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA-eligiblerequired)
  • Senior level: Minimum 3 years of publicaccounting audit experience
  • Supervisor level: Minimum 4-5+ years of publicaccounting audit experience
  • Audit experience working on non-profits, municipalities, and/or school districts would be ideal.Having commercial-sector audits (real estate, manufacturing, business services,etc) would be a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication,organization, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, andable to work productively in a professional environment
  • CPA or advanced degree(MBA/Master's) preferred
  • Proficiency withspreadsheet/database tools; experience with audit/financial software a plus

Compensation
Base salary range: $70,000 - $92,000 annually
This range reflects base pay only. Total compensation also includes eligibility for spot bonuses and additional incentives. Actual pay is based on experience, skills, education, and related factors.
