Job description

Provide financial and investment planning services (90%) for all eligible Consulting and Voting Staff. Services include: investment planning services including detailed asset allocation and research and security selection; tax planning assistance and estate tax issues; college expense projections/planning; cash flow analysis; debt planning, including mortgages, student loans and lines of credit; retirement planning/projections; insurance needs/risk analysis; benefit design and review of federal and state compliance issues; benefits consulting (10%) for new, current and retired staff.
This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Must have strong interviewing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; maintain team attitude; and must be able to demonstrate extensive, practical knowledge of financial planning principles.
