Job description

OFFICE OF VC - FACILIT PLAN, CONSTRUC & MGMT
Bargaining Unit:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation before payment
  • Perform invoice and General Ledger data entry
  • Monitor disbursements by running monthly reports from the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and New York City Financial Management System (FMS)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Core Competencies:
  • Enrolled in an accredited college with at least 45 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing needs and priorities
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range:
$17.50 per hour
