Job description
The O' St-François complex is currently looking for an accounting technician to fill a full-time need. HOURLY : Monday to Friday 40 hours per week FUNCTION : Reporting to the General Director, the incumbent is an organized person with the ability to manage a high volume of information and requests from internal stakeholders within the residence while always maintaining the same quality of work, while respecting tight deadlines, all in an autonomous manner. She will be required to work on several files simultaneously. Labor relations: The post holder maintains contact with all residence staff, families and residents. The position holder will be in contact with various external stakeholders (Government, CISSSMO, External Suppliers, etc.) Responsibilities: Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; Check invoices and prepare accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals (PPA, checks, transfers); Prepare the pre-billing list and bill residents; Carefully prepare monthly lease renewal notices; Perform updates of customer service additions and removals with the corresponding MD7; Prepare employee payroll; Prepare and produce various financial reports; Answer questions from internal and external customers; Prepare accounting entries; Reconciling certain balance sheet items Any other related tasks. TRAINING: DEP or DEC in accounting EXPERIENCE : 3 to 5 years of experience related to the job KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Good oral and written communication skills in French; Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset); Good knowledge of the complete accounting cycle; Concern for a job well done, reliability, punctuality; Adaptability, team spirit; Customer service oriented approach; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, priority management.
