Job description

Our client is a growing, highly regarded investment firm seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants more than a routine transactional role.

You will work closely with an experienced team, receive meaningful mentorship, and gain visibility across the business. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and designed for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into broader responsibilities over time.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
  • Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
  • Assist with accounts payable, cash activity, and expense reporting
  • Help analyze financial data and investigate variances
  • Partner with internal teams on ad hoc reporting, process improvements, and special projects
  • Support audit, tax, and compliance-related requests as needed
  • Contribute to building scalable accounting processes as the organization continues to grow

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of accounting, audit, finance, or relevant internship experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in building an accounting career
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and financial data
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions, learn, and take initiative

Why This Opportunity

  • Join a high-growth organization where your work will have real visibility and impact
  • Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced finance and accounting leaders
  • Gain broad exposure beyond a narrowly defined accounting function
  • Work with a collaborative team that values development, ownership, and thoughtful problem-solving
  • Build a strong foundation for long-term growth within finance and accounting
