Gymnastics World of Georgia is seeking an experienced Competitive Team Coach in Preteam and Xcel

At Gymnastics World of Georgia, our Competitive Team Coaches don't just teach skills - they build confident, disciplined, resilient athletes who carry those lessons far beyond the gym.
This role is for a coach who understands that excellence is built daily - through intentional training, high standards, positive leadership, and consistent communication with families and staff. Our Team Coaches are culture shapers. They drive athlete retention, skill progression, and team unity while contributing to a championship legacy that has defined our program for decades.

  • Develop athletes through intentional, progression-based coaching
  • Create structured, high-energy, and safe training environments
