Your role

We're looking for a Client Associate to:
• Own the Client Onboarding Journey: Guide new clients through the initial account opening process and digital tool enrollment.
• Execute Money movement & transactions: Manage high-priority tasks including wire transfers, journals, and ACH requests with precision.
• Maintain Data Excellence: Ensure all client management systems and records are accurate, compliant, and serve as the "source of truth" for the team.
• Drive Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate potential service bottlenecks and resolve inquiries with a "client-first" mindset before they impact the experience.
• Educate Clients: Proactively guide clients on account services, digital capabilities, and new platform features.
• Support Regulatory Compliance: Collect and organize the right documentation for all service requests to ensure firm and industry standards are met.
Your team
You'll be working in our Wealth Management team in Clayton, MO. We provide tailored financial strategies and comprehensive planning. This benefits our high-net-worth individual and family segments. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering a premium client experience and ensuring the operational excellence of our practice.
Your expertise
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (preferred).
• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, specifically within the finance sector.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on Finance, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
