You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

Education / Certifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing Sales role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience required
  • Data analytics: Ability to read and analyze syndicated data
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required
  • Previous experience building sales decks and presentations

Travel requirements: Up to 25%

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $74,300 to $102,190; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
