I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one I’ve focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lucas Grounds - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
