• Develop referral opportunities through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
• Maintain an expert understanding of Ezee Fiber's product set and the competitive landscape.
• Represent Ezee Fiber professionally in the field, upholding the highest standards of integrity and brand experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, field coaching, team training, community events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and clear, timely communication with leadership and team members.
• Properly maintain all assigned sales equipment, marketing collateral, and company resources, ensuring readiness for daily use.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, military service, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Previous door-to-door, telecommunications, wireless, solar, roofing, home security, or outside sales experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, competitive drive, and a performance-oriented mindset.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidence engaging customers in person.
• Coachability and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
