Job description

We're looking for a talented Technical Account Associate who expects more from their career. It's a chance to work with our clients to implement our data platforms and software products. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Technical Account Management team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to support with data exploration assessment to fully understand client data and systems. You'll answer data related inquiries from both internal and client stakeholders and use data knowledge to support and suggest best options to outline data roadmaps. You'll also resolve any data issues with client data providers and support the Client Leadership teams to ensure our data solutions meet requirements.

What we expect from you

  • Degree or equivalent in a Information Systems or Computer Science or similar.
  • Experience working, communicating and dealing with clients on a regular basis 
  • Experience with open source distributed data platforms
  • Knowledge of modern and traditional data warehousing and data processing technologies
  • Experience with data engineering concepts and technologies
  • Ability to query and investigate data in any flavor of SQL
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support analysis and client solutions is a plus.
