Creative Account Senior Associate
Who You Will Be Working With
As a Creative Account Senior Associate at PMG, you'll be part of a collaborative team of creatives, strategists, producers, and account partners working together to bring impactful creative work to life. You'll partner closely with creative leads and cross-functional project teams to help guide work from kickoff through delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and equipped to do their best work.
You'll also build strong day-to-day relationships with client marketing and brand partners, serving as a trusted connection between their business needs and PMG's creative expertise. Through clear communication, thoughtful organization, and consistent follow-through, you'll help translate client priorities into actionable next steps, manage feedback and expectations, and keep projects moving forward.
In this role, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how creative, media, strategy, and client goals come together. You'll have opportunities to strengthen your account management skills, contribute to effective creative solutions, and help create the conditions for both great work and strong client relationships.
What You Will Do
  • Build trusted day-to-day client relationships through clear, proactive communication, consistent follow-through, and a strong understanding of client goals and priorities.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to deliver high-quality creative work that supports client objectives, stays on brand, and meets established timelines.
  • Develop and manage project timelines from kickoff through delivery, coordinating inputs, dependencies, feedback, and approvals across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of connection between clients and internal teams, translating requests and feedback into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Keep teams aligned by organizing meetings, developing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.
  • Proactively identify project risks, including shifting timelines, unclear feedback, scope considerations, or missing inputs, and partner with the team to resolve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Build an understanding of client business priorities and performance, using those insights to help teams identify opportunities for creative work to drive stronger outcomes.
  • Stay current on developments in creative, media, technology, and consumer behavior, bringing relevant trends and observations into briefs, conversations, and project planning.
  • Support new business and organic growth opportunities as needed, gaining exposure to project scoping, staffing, proposal development, and the planning required to bring new work to life.
  • Contribute to strong account operations by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, communication, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
  • Use AI-enabled and other modern tools thoughtfully to streamline workflows, strengthen organization, and help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in creative account management, client services, project management, production coordination, or a related discipline, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting client relationships and managing day-to-day communication with professionalism, clarity, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, timelines, and details while maintaining consistent follow-through.
  • Experience partnering across creative, strategy, production, or other cross-functional teams to move projects from initial brief through final delivery.
  • The ability to translate client needs, feedback, and business priorities into clear next steps for internal teams.
  • Sound judgment and adaptability in fast-moving environments, with the ability to identify risks, navigate changing priorities, and help projects stay on track.
  • A developing understanding of how creative strategy and execution contribute to marketing effectiveness and broader business outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail across client communications, project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Curiosity about how client engagements are scoped, staffed, and planned, and an interest in continuing to grow your understanding of the broader account management discipline.
  • Comfort adopting modern technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, organization, collaboration, and decision-making while applying thoughtful human judgment.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of industry innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to being People-Focused, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by Leading by Example and building strong relationships that help others succeed.
