Location: Corporate Office in Toronto, ON (Financial District)
Compensation:  $26.00/hour CAD + quarterly bonuses and performance incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Hiring for all shifts including evenings and weekends (post-training)
Languages Required: Fluency in English and French

Assignment 

As Corporate Concierge, you will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers who call in for: travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, personal services and beyond. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, embraces change, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience providing high level customer service by phone.


Key Job Responsibilities 

The duties of the Corporate Concierge are as follows:

  • The Travel Concierge will strive to meet or exceed client objectives of utilization, brand recognition, and customer loyalty. Leverages John Paul networks and expertise to the benefit of the customer. Exceeds the expectations of the clients by creating and building experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client’s personality and desires.
  • The Travel Concierge also researches, recommends, and fulfils on customer requirements.
  • Provide Program Benefit Support, delivering on the client value proposition; process redemption and statement credits.
  • Develop personal and diverse relationships within the travel, dining, luxury goods, and services industries.
  • Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the client members to the Manager.
  • Utilize primary delivery channels are phone, email, and web requests.
  • Work as a positive contributing member of an experienced team to provide the client with “service beyond expectations”.
  • Promote collaboration with team members and management and sustain a respectful work environment.
  • Work a flexible work schedule that may include weekends.
  • Constantly meets performance benchmarks in all areas.
  • Any other duties that's needed to drive to the vision, fulfil our mission and abide by the values of this organization.
  • Fluency in English and French

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (travel or luxury service preferred)
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • A passion for travel, hospitality, and helping others
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email platforms, and web tools
  • Technology use experience with CRM such as Salesforce
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
