Job Description:
  • Lead application and system implementation projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA.
  • Build data models, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
  • Use Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Design and maintain Microsoft Access databases, queries, and VBA automation.
  • Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Identify business gaps and develop data-driven process improvement solutions.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical and analytical findings into business recommendations.
  • Work independently on ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge and best practices.

Requirement:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and data analysis.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Advanced Excel experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Access and VBA experience.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and work with limited prior knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
