Full-Time Role
As a LAZ Van Driver, you'll safely transport passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations while ensuring every ride reflects our commitment to safety, service, and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Safely operating a 7-passenger van
  • Delivering the LAZ G.E.T. 100 experience: Greet, Engage, and Thank every guest-100% of the time
  • Assisting passengers as they board and exit the vehicle, including passengers with ADA-related needs when applicable
  • Loading and unloading passengers safely and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively with passengers, clients, and team members
  • Working independently while completing daily responsibilities with professionalism and care
  • Supporting a safe, welcoming, and positive transportation experience

What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of driving experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • A dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service-oriented attitude

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, heat, and high winds
