Job Description
We are looking for an Access Control team member for the purpose of enforcing access to the property and buildings of a high end condominium. You will maintain a high visible presence while acting as the eyes and ears of residents, management and staff.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
  • Attention to detail and professional appearance required at all times
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Friendly demeanor and strong social interacting skills
  • Must speak, read, write and understand English
  • High school degree

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
  • Perform roving patrols of property and buildings
  • Monitor and control access of building entrances and vehicle gates
  • Log reports of patrols, incidents, needed repairs and status of property
  • Fully understand property Rules and Regulations
  • Enforce minor rule infractions
  • Retrieve, log and deliver courier packages on behalf of residents
  • Responsible for the intake of guests to the property
  • Interact with and notify management of property vendors
