It's critical that you share these values to succeed at Aerowave. Position Summary:Aerowave is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity, helping with the planning, execution, implementation, and finalization of complex security installation. We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail, solve problems, and work efficiently under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will, under general supervision, maintain a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset while working as a team player and must have experience with the following: Pre-Project:At start-up, provide initial interface with client to assess scope of work, schedule and resources necessary to successfully complete a project.Work with the Operations team to ensure proper materials, equipment and labor are available and place orders as needed.Specific to the client, establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Project Implementation:Manage project scheduling requirements including material purchases, deliveries and returns, identification of products and parts, quantities, timing of material purchases, etc. to control costs and meet contract requirements.Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; streamline project activities for efficiencies; communicate with staff and upper management to keep all informed of client and job requirements.Resolving client issues and concerns or plan deviations; communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client needs and priorities are being properly addressed.Work with operations or individually preparing all change orders for presentation to the client. Negotiate all change orders to a conclusion.Manage job cost/profitability and schedules through internal systems and reports: work with client teams to meet master schedule such as providing specific work dates for scheduled items; communicate with internal resources regarding project updates, scope changes, order changes, and other events impacting the project; ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Track projects, evaluate cost vs. performance to ensure projects come in on time and within budget.Represent the company in client project meetings.Participate in all meetings, conference calls and company required meetings throughout the year.Program CCTV system with tech onsite (configure IP cameras, NVR, aim cameras, set up VMS per client specs, etc.) Project Close out:Ensure all project close-outs are completed efficiently and accurately. May be required to assist in accounts receivable when required.Manage client acceptance and sign off of the projects.Communicate construction notice-to-proceed requirements to clients when required.Complete all project closeouts, including site walks, punch list item completion, document scanning, test results, etc.Ensure all construction related documentation is properly retained and stored. What You Will Be Doing:Plan and manage jobs.Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.Oversee Planner Board management.Update job status throughout project lifecycle.Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.Complete project closeout documentation and update systems accordingly.Manage job-related communications.Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with clients.Submit billing requests.Forecast job scheduling.Program CCTV systemsOversee project closeout.Create/approve quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval (DOA).Adhere to SOP guidelines for jobs. What You Will Bring To The Team:Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Minimum Experience: 2 years relevant project management experience in CCTV and Access Control industryPreferred CSP or PMP certification.Benefits:50% or more of individual employee's medical insurance paid.Dental and Vision insurance offered.401(k) match after one year. 2 weeks per year of Paid Time Off (see employee handbook for details).
