Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to be the LTAMDS/GhostEye Development Program Manager, who will report to the LTAMDS/GhostEye Development Director. You will be responsible for the overall performance, cost, and schedule relating to various development activities included with the portfolio including GhostEye radar development, Support Equipment development and Processing Tech Refresh Development. This is a high visibility role, which requires strong leadership presence with all internal stakeholders. In addition, this role will require ability to manage development programs with complex, international and domestic, supply chain partnerships.
As the Program Manager for the LTAMDS/GhostEye Development, you will oversee all the engineering development efforts - full systems engineering life cycle, material availability, integration and testing, success of the follow-on production units as measured by the on-time delivery, sustainment, performance AOP, EAC, LRP and overall program, company, and customer success. Additional areas of responsibilities include identification and resolution of risks and constraints; maintaining tight integration with all functional partners: requirements and capabilities, engineering, operations, finance, supply chain management, quality, and other functional organizations.
What You Will Do
  • Lead design, development, validation, and verification, production programs, logistics and sustainment, within the international DCS/FMS contract execution framework
  • Lead execution activities in a complex matrixed environment
  • Develop, manage and execute program plans within budget and schedule constraints
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies and captures to include international and cross mission area pursuits
  • Working knowledge of export/import (EX/IM) and Security requirement
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Program management experience in engineering development, production, and/or sustainment
  • EVMS Certified or experience with EVMS on a program
  • Experience managing and executing program plans with budget and schedule requirements

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability communicate complex messages to senior leaders
  • International program management experience
  • Experience with international customer programs and contracting
  • Experience with development of AESA radar systems and integrated layer defense solutions
  • Demonstrated large/complex program execution experience

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
