Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of key strategic outputs, including audience insights and messaging frameworks.
  • Proactively propose strategies to help clients achieve their goals by studying a client’s challenges, thoroughly understanding the category and customers, and proposing business‑changing strategies and multichannel solutions.
  • Collaborate with the full team to ensure that creative, engagement, and content solutions are on strategy and properly integrated within the larger marketing program.
  • Be a catalyst for better ideas; bring people and disciplines together to create the best, most effective work for the brand and audiences.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of brand strategy or relatable experience in an agency setting.
  • 5+ years in a strong creative agency, including work on non‑pharma categories (e.g., CPG).
  • HCP experience.
  • Strong client‑facing presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, customer journeys, and creative briefs.
  • Must work EST/CST schedule.
  • Some travel may be required based on business and client needs.
