The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and strategic General Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our Healthcare Accelerators, primarily Employee Benefits and Healthcare Systems World 50 Accelerators, and of the related Marketplace offerings such Innovation Partner (provider) program and VC offerings. This is an exceptional entrepreneurial opportunity to shape a market leader’s evolution in a dynamic space. The Role:

As the General Manager, you will own the full P&L and develop a sustainable business model that delivers exceptional member and partner value and strong growth. You will lead and mentor a high‑performing team dedicated to growth, outstanding service delivery, and to curation of impactful experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal World 50 teams and measure and share progress through clear metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and evolve World 50 Healthcare offerings to enterprise employers/systems, innovation/startup partners, and VCs to expand market position.
  • Own the full P&L and develop a sustainable business model that delivers exceptional member/partner value and strong growth.
  • Create and execute a strategic growth plan to expand membership across offerings and enhance market presence.
  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team dedicated to member/partner growth, outstanding service delivery, and the curation of impactful experiences.
  • Craft engaging member experiences across in‑person and virtual events, personalized support, content, and data.
  • Lead the growth and evolution of innovation roundtables, virtual programming, benchmarks, and insight sharing across communities.
  • Develop and lead the go‑to‑market strategy for innovation partners and providers.
  • Establish and manage the necessary systems, platforms, and partnerships to scale a differentiated member and partner experience.
  • Implement data analysis and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve member value and identify new development opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal World 50 teams and measure progress through clear metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in general management, product management and development, peer community leadership, professional services, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling premium services or membership‑based organizations and in growth leadership.
  • Experience in building, leading, and mentoring effective Sales teams and Premium Service teams.
  • A strong understanding of, or a demonstrated capacity to learn, the needs of Benefit and Healthcare executives, startups, and VCs.
  • Solid financial management skills and operational acumen.
  • Demonstrated fact‑based data‑driven prioritization skills, decision making and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
