This position blends people leadership, technical oversight, and hands‑on contribution in a fast‑moving, collaborative Agile environment.

  • Contribute hands‑on through architectural guidance, code reviews, debugging, and targeted implementation support when needed.
  • Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and adoption of modern and AI‑powered technologies.
  • Guide the team in designing and delivering scalable, reusable architecture components shared across multiple products.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development to build and retain high‑performing engineering teams.
  • Establish and track team metrics related to quality, delivery, and operational excellence, using data to drive improvements aligned with company values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, with hands‑on experience delivering product features in Agile environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development teams delivering enterprise or customer‑facing products.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft development technologies such as C#, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support team members, address performance issues, and effectively resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) combined with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • 401(K) Plan with Competitive Match
  • Continuing Education & Tuition Assistance
  • Employer‑Sponsored Disability Benefits
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays & a Bonus Floating Holiday (if hired after July 1st)
  • Profit Sharing or Individual Bonus Programs
  • Referral Program
  • Per Diem & Paid Travel
  • Employee Discount Hub
