Seeking Experienced Labor & Delivery RNs!
Join a dynamic Family Birthing Center providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns. This role requires an RN who can function as both a caregiver and care manager while delivering exceptional patient-centered care throughout the birthing experience.
Requirements
✔ Active Washington RN License
✔ Minimum 3 Years of RN Experience
✔ Labor & Delivery Experience Required
✔ BLS (AHA or equivalent)
✔ NRP Certification (or ability to obtain per facility requirements)
✔ ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain per facility requirements)
✔ Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
✔ STABLE Certification preferred
✔ RN-C Specialty Certification preferred
Assignment Highlights

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursing care
• Coordinate care and supervise delegated staff as needed
• Educate patients and families throughout the care journey
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Respond effectively in high-acuity and emergency situations

⚠ Up to 24 hours of call-off per month may be utilized by the facility at no cost during the assignment.
