Job description

At Scotty’s Auto Repair in Riverside, CA, we do things differently. No drama, and no weekends—just a solid team of skilled techs who love diagnosing and repairing cars. If you’re an Automotive Technician who thrives on solving tough automotive problems, we want you on our team full-time.

In return, you’ll get $34-$38 per hour, and great benefits such as health insurance after a 90-day probation period, and a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match. We offer sick pay after 90 probationary period is up , 5 days of paid vacation after the first year of employment, and 10 days of paid vacation after the second year.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Work Schedule: Work hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend work is required.

The Role: As an Automotive Technician, your day starts with a diagnostic and inspections of vehicles. Once work is sold, you would perform all repairs and services on the vehicles, including after repair testing and test drive. Throughout the day, you maintain clear, detailed paperwork, keeping your billable hours accounted for.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

 5+ years of experience in the automotive field working as an automotive technician
 Authorized to work in the U.S.
 Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
