We offer our Experienced HVAC Installation Technician $30 – $40 an hour, a take home vehicle, and all corded tools provided. Our company wide benefits include:

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. NO weekends!

Having high proficiency in sheet metal ductwork fabrication is preferred.

As an Experienced HVAC Installation Technician, your day starts at our shop before heading out to job sites where you'll install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and mini split systems with precision. You'll lay out and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, and drain lines, charge and test systems, and ensure every install meets code and looks sharp. You'll work with a team, communicate clearly with customers and project leads, keep job sites clean, and update the system with photos and notes to keep the process smooth.
