Job description

HHM CPAs is seeking an Advisory Manager to assist with all aspects of family law, divorce, litigation and valuation engagements. A background in public accounting is preferred , along with relevant credentials such as a CVA.

This role will be onsite in Memphis, TN.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality valuation projects
  • Review detailed financial records, income statements, QuickBooks records, etc
  • Conduct research and statistical analysis
  • Assist in litigation support engagements
  • Assist in due diligence engagements
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure engagement is prepared timely and with a high level of quality

Your Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, discounted cash flow, discrepancies in deviations, marital balance sheets, equitable asset and liability divisions, and alimony calculations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • One of the following designations is preferred: ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA.
  • Prior experience providing expert witness testimony for litigation is a plus
  • CPA license is a plus
