Job description

Are you looking to make a difference in security cooperation?

Sincerus is looking for experienced professionals and a highly skilled subject matter experts to join our Training Team in support of developing partner nations' maintenance capacity. Specifically we are looking for trainers who can train partner military maintainers on how to perform 10, 20, and 30 level maintenance on the hull of the M1A2T Tank system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the maintenance of the M1A2T Tank system, ensuring the unit is fully prepared to execute mission-critical maintenance tasks.
  • Provide guidance on system maintenance and fault recognition, ensuring that the unit can identify and address technical issues efficiently.
  • Deliver training to partner military maintainers on how to perform 10, 20, and 30 level maintenance on the hull of the M1A2T Tank system.
  • Oversee the establishment of reporting procedures and ensure accurate communication of system maintenance status and operational readiness updates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sincerus Systems Technician and partner nation maintainers to deliver comprehensive, effective training to the partner nation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least five (5) years' experience as an MOS 91A in a U.S. Army M1 Abrams systems maintainer role at the Battalion or Brigade level
  • Must be a subject matter expert in the maintenance of the M1 hull
  • Must be familiar with how to repair the suspension, transmission and any electrical components.
  • Must be familiar with how to troubleshoot/ repair steering, track-assembly, auxiliary power, hydraulic, fire extinguisher/suppression and gas particulate systems.
  • Must possess an active secret clearance
  • Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

  • Doctor's certificate of physical health with up-to-date immunizations for countries involved.
  • Background check and secret clearance
  • Active passport with at least 6 months validity
