Qualifications that are needed for this position:
  • 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility
  • Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
  • Knowledge of DRP guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
  • Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to all customers.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
  • ICAR training preferred
Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
