Job description


The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Pay Range($28-$35/hr.)
• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle heavy workload of calls
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
