Job description

Pay:$36.50/hr 

The pay listed isthe hourly rate for this position.A specific offer will vary based on applicant'sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data. 

Shift and location:

Covering San Diego, LA, OC and IE - 1 day minimum in each area per week, extra day TBD based on area need that week.
M - F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities 

Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs 
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems 
Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests 
Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations 
Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS 
Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts 
Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements 

Qualifications 

Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician 
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsand building systems 
Ability to work independently across multiple locations 
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100% 
Strong time management and customer service skills 
EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
