Job Title
RN - Circulator, EP Lab (Contract)
Location
Austin, Texas
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM | No call required | No weekend requirement
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the circulating RN in an active Electrophysiology (EP) Lab supporting a team of 25 staff members across 6 EP labs
  • Assist with and support EP procedures including ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart cases
  • Operate and work alongside advanced mapping and imaging equipment including Biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic systems
  • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
  • Demonstrate flexibility with daily case fluctuation and schedule changes while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or operating room setting
  • Ability to function effectively as a circulating nurse in a procedural environment
  • Comfort working with specialized EP mapping and recording equipment
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Greater than one (1) year of dedicated EP Lab RN experience
  • Prior experience with ablations, device implants, device extractions, or structural heart procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume procedural environments
