The Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and leading warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, safety, and quality objectives. This role serves as a key operational leader, coordinating workflow, delegating tasks, and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily work assignments and distribute tasks to warehouse associates and temporary staff to meet operational goals.
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of warehouse workflows to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all receiving and shipping activities are completed accurately and consistently.
  • Verify that required shipment documentation, records, and supporting materials are completed and maintained.
  • Ensure all outbound loads are properly secured and prepared for transport.
  • Verify inbound and outbound shipments, including inspection, documentation, and shipment security procedures.
  • Ensure weights, counts, and inventory records are accurately documented and submitted as required.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Support employee onboarding and training efforts in coordination with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate operational issues to management.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations and business objectives.
