Sum of Learning provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
Job Description
We love what we do!
We are a team of education-driven individuals improving the lives of children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our teaching strategies are individually designed for each child to improve socialization, communication, and other targeted goals.
We are currently seeking therapists who are available to work at least 10 hours per week, including 4 evenings (4p-6p). We offer both part-time and full-time (30+) weekly schedules.
In this role, you will:
  • Receive an initial 40-hour ABA training and weekly supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Receive training and ongoing support in various ABA-treatment models such as discrete trial teaching, Early Start Denver Model, and pivotal response training
  • Provide 1:1 service to children with autism in the home, school, and/or community setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
  • Record data and document clinical notes
  • Support clients in various developmental areas, including social-communication, language, play, motor, cognitive, and independent living skills
